I have on the odd occasion suggested to my good lady that she needs to get a blog of her own going. No, she says, she’ll remain editor in chief at OMBH… general corrector of bad grammar of even badder spelling mistakes… as per Disclaimer 3 of the Rules of Engagement to be found on the ‘About’ page.
I have also used the odd photo taken by here in the past… but today I’m putting up a gallery of photos taken during the last few days, here at our home near Kilcock. The beautiful sunrise photo gathered way over 200 likes on the Irish Weather Online FB Page… good going, I would say. The ‘pearls’ sequences are great too… especially the one taken in the pitch black of night.
My good lady is not too fond of spiders… it only became obvious that her face had been mere inches from friend spider when she uploaded her photos. I think she may still be suffering some sort of post traumatic arachnid disorder after discovering said spider almost got her. But then, there are some who may suggest that if you’re hanging around the cobwebs you’re likely to find a cobber or two hanging around as well!
OK… enough of my waffle… I’m sure you’ll all agree with me that the good lady’s photography merits a post or two or even a blog of their own. Maybe our collective yet subtle pressure will swing her toward blogging… maybe!

Webs and drops always make for stunning pictures when they are together (apart they not bad either)
Oh and PS. I agree with Gaelyn. Let the Good Lady have a couple of guest posts if she doesn’t want to do her own. Its tough to get a following anyway so let her contribute to yours.
I will encourage her to play a more active part!! The editor must come out from behind the pen!!
Combined they do add value to each other!!
very nice indeed!
Thank you! We had a drop of snow this morning so was hoping to get some nice photos but alas the rain came and that put pay to that
I couldn’t agree more on how wonderful the photos are, especially the raindrops ones, but surely if the Good Lady has spent all this time editing OMBH, then she knows how to blog on her own if she wants to ?
I for one would be more than happy to see more … but only if she WANTS to.
Thank you! I too loved the drops in the spider’s web. Hmmm .. think I will leave the blogging to someone else I know

Thank you!! Thanks too for the idea of looking into using Tumblr… there seems merit in joining…
It’s a different environment. Great expression!!
Those web shots are Awesome! Why not let the Good Lady guest post here once in a while?
Thank you!! I loved taking the web shots but won’t be taking them after dark again haha!!
I agree with geogypsy2u. I would love to hear what the GL has to say, even if she doesn’t want her own blog. Those shots are amazing btw.
I will contribute some photos every now and then and we will leave the blogging to the master
Thank you GL… I assume you’re referring to the master… waffler!
How on earth did you guess
