Today marks the 3rd anniversary of the untimely passing of our friend Mick the Barber. Yes, he has left us but no, his spirit is alive and well. He still causes a smile to crack the frown on many a face on many a day. Kilcock will never be quite the same without Mick but just walk into his barber shop, sit down for a cropping and enjoy his legacy.

To me though, this day has become a day of reflection and remembering. Remembering the good times. Remembering that we were fortunate to know Mick. Remembering friendships and the good times. Thanks for the reminders and the smiles… you will never leave our hearts!

Is dit nie fantasties, die wonderlike herinneringe wat n mens deur so n hartseer herdenking dra nie? Ons is selfs pas weer deur die jaarlikse herdenking van so n hartseer dag. Sterkte vir jou en jou vriendekring AJ.

I value your 'likes' and comments, even though I don't always reciprocate, I care. Thanks for making the effort! God Bless!!
