Yes… our lives revolve around change. Or, should that be change revolves around our lives? Does it really matter? Season after metaphorical season comes and goes. We adapt… move on or stagnate and die. Change is the catalyst for… you guessed, change. It’s the key to growth. Change brings rich rewards… or difficult days ahead! The choice is often not in our hands but we should never allow change to merely happen for no reason!

Tell you what… I had a fair few handfuls yesterday!! With the great belated summer we’re having I plan to go fetch a kilo or so to bake blackberry/ apple loaf. (Recipe to be found somewhere in a past post or two… ) 😉
