Interesting take on things with this week’s photo challenge. When something ordinary seems to have a twist that makes it not so obviously ordinary. I think that’s the idea Cheri is trying to convey this week.

My photo seems ordinary. A flower in a first floor window box… until you realise there may be something not quite right with this everyday scene. Yep, the flower is actually growing inside the window. A seed must have germinated in the crack between the internal sill and the wooden frame… turning the ordinary into the (extra)ordinary. Makes you wonder how the seed got there, doesn’t it?
