St Patrick Church

Many years ago… when I didn’t know the Ringsend area of Dublin at all, this church featured in my first novel. Why? Because it is close to the Dublin Port and the novel has a historical link with the area so I had to find a physical link. The church provided the correct setting.

So… here you have a view of the church from across the Dodder river. About 100 meters to the left the river flows into the River Liffey… and then within a few hundred meters one is in the centre of the shipping canal in the port. St Patrick Church, along Dublin's Dodder River... within a few hundred meters of the port... history!

I am intrigued! What is the title of your novel and can it be accessed online?

I value your 'likes' and comments, even though I don't always reciprocate, I care. Thanks for making the effort! God Bless!!
