Dublin Alphabet – B for Baily Lighthouse

The Baily Lighthouse is found on the southern end of the Howth. It casts it’s beam across Dublin Bay and is almost as much part of the bay as what the sea is. I’ve never actually got to within 200 meters of the building as it’s frowned upon to get too close. Pity, I’d love to stroll around the area…

    It looks magnificent! 🙂
I’m so sorry we missed it on our tour, so much to see and so little time … 😦

Yep… time can be the enemy when one is visiting a new place!! We’ve been in Ireland for more that 15 years now and I’m still finding new places to visit all the time! 😉

Lyk dan na so n lieflike toeriste aanloklikheid – is hulle bang vir terroriste of saboteurs dat hulle mens nie naby wil toelaat nie?

I value your 'likes' and comments, even though I don't always reciprocate, I care. Thanks for making the effort! God Bless!!
