Half Light

The light in Ireland is often great for photography or art. Soft light at these latitudes. But… as Ireland is also a tad wet most of the time I’m often heard humming the Johnny Nash classic… I can see clearly now… the rain has Gone!  Yep… when the clouds dissipate and the sun comes through one can hum the song. However, very often the clouds only seem to lift in the late afternoon… when the half light throws its own beauty on the landscape…

The clouds have lifted... the half light throws the landscape into a beautiful state of tranquillity...
