Aer Lingus has been around in Ireland since three days after St Patrick kicked the snakes out. It’s been the national carrier for almost as long but these days there’s a low-cost Irish owned carrier that seems to think they’ve usurped the title.
Anyway… it’s always great to catch a photo or two of the big birds coming in to roost! Some of our family members have flitted over to the UK on a few occasions in the last few months so I’ve had reason to be taking snaps of the birds arriving… and taking off!

Ja… so tussen die lappers, bote, braaie en kanale sal ons sekerlik ‘n draai gooi by die lughawe… al is dit net waneer julle ongelukking moet huistoe!! 😛

Yes. Mango. Lovely fruit, very tasty (the fruit – not the big bird), great service delivery (the airline, not the fruit), professional staff, beautiful colour schemes … I LUV orange, such a vibrant colour, but flying in a fruit? Well.

Die nuutste kultivars is al so geteel dat hulle nie veel hare het nie, maar jy moet maar jou vlos inpak as dit jou laat worrie.
