Travel Tuesday – Roosting Time

Aer Lingus has been around in Ireland since three days after St Patrick kicked the snakes out. It’s been the national carrier for almost as long but these days there’s a low-cost Irish owned carrier that seems to think they’ve usurped the title.

Anyway… it’s always great to catch a photo or two of the big birds coming in to roost! Some of our family members have flitted over to the UK on a few occasions in the last few months so I’ve had reason to be taking snaps of the birds arriving… and taking off!

Coming in to roost ... Aer Lingus... at Dublin International ... happy landings!

Ek is ook so bietjie van n “plane spotter” – het nog nie n foto van Aer Lingus in my versameling nie so wanneer ek kom kuier eendag dat jy my kan help met my skoenlapper fotos, kan ons n middag by die lughawe gaan spandeer!

Ja… so tussen die lappers, bote, braaie en kanale sal ons sekerlik ‘n draai gooi by die lughawe… al is dit net waneer julle ongelukking moet huistoe!! 😛

Has it been named after a fruit? The low-cost competitor I mean. Not a fruit? – then please don’t complain.

I value your 'likes' and comments, even though I don't always reciprocate, I care. Thanks for making the effort! God Bless!!
