I’m usually not in favour of the excessive use of paint, especially when it is applied where it should not be. However, when the good lady and I spotted this we knew we had to take a snap… and had to feature the snap here at OUCH, my back HURTS! Yes, it is hurting bad at this stage. Never again will I do a house move on my own. Well, I did have the help of the good lady and sons but what I mean is… I’ll get the professionals in… even if I have to bribe them!
For those of you who don’t know, OMBH began weeks after one of our previous house moves. The name stems directly from the state of my back at that stage! If the blog had seen the first day of light now its name would likely be…

May I ask what part of the back is affected? It’s just that I found a miracle for mine here in the US for the princely sum of $19.99 and depending what yours is it might help and I would happily send you one – it that doesn’t sound slightly deranged and stalkerish 😊

Many year’s ago I fractured T7, I tell about it in one of my flying posts. Now, when I do what I shouldn’t, I suffer for a few weeks.

Sadly my miracle would work if it was a lumbar issue but not Thorasic since it relies on putting pressure on the sciatic nerve. I really do sympathise – that’s a horrible injury and I can only imagine (wincing) the pain you are suffering when you awaken it.
