Thorny Hedgerows!

This is a really apt daily prompt at the moment. Yep, it’s autumn and each weekend you can find me foraging in the hedgerows for lovely wild fruit! Blackberries… sloe droops… yep, there’s a Christmas celebration to prepare for! The only problem with hedgerow foraging is of a prickly type… thorny prickly!

My arms are covered with scrapes and scratches. I have a few puncture wounds too… tiny punctures but punctures non-the-less! The only problem I have with thorny is that usually I don’t take pics of the thorns in particular but I’m sure I can manage to dig out a few photos of the hedgerows and their promise!

Did I mention the rose? Try as you may to pick one for your beloved, you’re going to get a thorn in the wrong place! OH well, that’s life… Happy Friday, as always… have FUN!

Somehow I like the second photo a lot, it’s so lonely. The berries made me feel hungry, though. 🙂
