Which Way Wind?

I really enjoy this photo. The two Poolbeg chimneys have long been one of my favourite Dublin landmarks. The shiny new building to centre-left has a purpose whereas the two old chimneys are now only there for show… pretty.

PS – The Poolbeg Chimneys and the new incinerator… equally sexy? I wonder?

PPS – Centre-left… definitely not a political persuasion I admire!

PPPS – Which way is the wind blowing? Who knows…

PPPPS – Happy Hump Day!

I haven’t seen your two chimneys in ages, I’m glad they didn’t knock them down when they were no longer needed. 😊

They are icons… but I’m afraid, Ma Nature will claim them one day… I don’t think enough is done to preserve them!
Oh well… they’re likely to outlast me so I shouldn’t really worry, should I? 😉
