Merry Monday Motivation!

Yes, I know I’m posting many seaside photos these day. Please humour me… we’re having the best summer Ireland has seen in decades! Yep, apparently 1974 was the last time such an extended warm, dry spell blessed the country. There is, of course, a down side. No rain! The countryside is taking on a parched look and water levels are dwindling.

But… the summer sun is having real positive effects. Vitamin D levels are skyrocketing… the feel-good factor is growing exponentially and you’ll find a bright bit of light in the strangest places! Yep… it’s a pleasure knowing if you look hard enough, there is likely to be a ray of hope… even when you least expect to find one!
