Action! Lens-Artists Photo Challenge

This week’s challenge is all about action.  Capture nature, people, objects, or animals on the move.  Capture action in the sky or on land, on the playing field or on a busy street.  It’s totally up to you.

There you have it… not my words but rather those of P.A. (Patti) Moed… opening up this week’s challenge. I use the “action” tag rather often… as recently as yesterday but for today’s post I’ll slow the action down just a tad… as we used to say back in the day, calm down to a cup final! So… let me jump… slowly, into action…

Promise you… this fellow had his work cut out to keep upright. The image belies the action. Like a duck that looks all cool and calm above water yet the little feet are paddling furiously beneath the surface… this fellow had to work those oars hard, not to get toppled by the very erratic wave action!

PS – I counted the photos in the gallery containing the word action… way more than 30!

PPS – WordPress tells me I’ve used the action tag 169 times. Just glancing down the list, I could most likely have used it another 169 times!

PPPS – So, what am I trying to say? That you’ll most likely get quite a few more action tagged posts this week!

PPPPS – Happy Monday… remember, don’t set the week’s goals too high… you need to have fun too… and maybe even a bit of action?
