Friday Flappers – Feeding Folly?

You know me and crows. They’re such bold birds… and I really enjoy trying to capture their antics. However, occasionally these opportunistic birds get a little confused… and they try to cash in on human litter… even if there’s most likely only indigestion or heartburn in store for them. Here’s a sequence… pardon the quality of some shots… my not too hi-spec lens can’t always keep up with my photographic demands… even less with the agile bird’s movements. OK… here goes…

He’s scored… or, so he hopes… looks like the chilli dip tub directly out of one of the fast diabetes stores. But… he drops the tub… and does a steep wing-over followed by a stall turn… followed by a plummet to earth…

He decides to give another target a go…

Ha! Only paper… not much nutritional value… even for crows! Next… he goes off in disgust… and gives me quite the stare! Poser!
