Well, actually the trip was yesterday but as today is the might “T”… I may as well change tack totally… away from the sea… and onto the railway tracks! We booked a short return trip on the vintage RPSI Easter train.
What a ball!! I don’t think I was in my seat for 5% of the whole journey. I shuttled from window to window… snapping away merrily!
No 85 behaved like the regal old girl she is… huffing and puffing us all the way there… and back! I think you can forgive me for dropping in a Doobie Brothers train song just here!
Like the other day, when we did R for run, there are many train songs. So, feel free to drop your songs in the comment box… I can always do a train song-list too! Ek is bang vir daai trein na Pretoria stories… was op te veel trein ryse na en van Pretoria na Kaapstad en PE in my lugmag dae… 🙂
