Monday Macros – Spiky!

Sea Holly… one of the most beautiful plants I have encountered in Ireland. Indigenous and loved by bees, moths and butterflies… and me! However, they are spiky… so, should you want to get too close you’ll need to wear protective gear! However, I often get too close… for how else would one get the detail? So… here’s my contribution to this week’s Sunshine Macro Monday challenge! Do visit Irene’s blog to have a look-see at her great posts!

NOTE: Again, just a reminder – I’ll place the ping-back link as soon as Irene does today’s challenge post… done!

Looks like a start that should be on the top of a Christmas tree. Love it! 😊
